Pedro Joaqu\u00edn Coldwell como presidente, acompa\u00f1ado por el Q.F. Gilberto Pastrana Novelo en la vicepresidencia y el Prof. Abraham Mart\u00ednez Ross en la secretar\u00eda. El legislativo constituyente tambi\u00e9n lo integraban el Lic. Mario Ram\u00edrez Canul, Lic. Sebasti\u00e1n Estrella Pool, Prof.. Jos\u00e9 Flota Valdez y Arq. Alberto Villanueva Sansores<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Durante aproximadamente dos horas, seg\u00fan el texto informativo, los diputados Mart\u00ednez Ross y Pastrana Novelo realizaron la lectura completa de los 174 art\u00edculos y 13 transitorios que integran la nueva Carta Magna.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Al acto acudieron numerosos representantes de distintos sectores sociales y ciudadanos, quienes permanecieron en el recinto oficial hasta la conclusi\u00f3n de la ceremonia.<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div><div dir=\"auto\">Una vez aprobada por unanimidad, los diputados constituyentes se dirigieron al Palacio de Gobierno para entregar formalmente el documento al Secretario General, Lic. Dionicio Vera Casanova, encargado del despacho del Ejecutivo en ausencia del Gobernador Lic.
